Why do you think you should be a CPO? (50 Words):
My time here in NSWC SEAL Team 3 has taught me a lot and has inspired me to shoot for big goals here in this unit as well as real life such as hopefully joining the military, but I feel like I've spent enough time with my peers and instructors and think it's time I pursue my biggest goal which is hopefully being a chief and learn more and lead people myself and set a good example to others and hopefully achieve my goal of being a role model and being a CPO is simply the next step to reach this goal of mine and an opportunity to shoot for bigger goals.

Why should we choose you over others?:
I'm sure that the people that have applied most probably have an equal or higher chance of being chosen, but I feel like I should be chosen because I have the will to learn and expand my knowledge I am very open minded and confident and knowledgeable a lot more confident and knowledgeable from when I first joined this unit, achieving this rank is a huge milestone to reach my goals and ambitions in this unit, I am ready and willing to support this unit in any way possible help lead those under me and support and assist those that are above me, furthermore I feel like I would be fit for this role and to reach this huge milestone is the next step.

What does CPO/SCPO/MCPO Mean to you:
To me these ranks are the seniors/leaders that lead the unit that are not officers they are role models of the unit. They support those under them and point them in the direction of success and motivate people under them to pursue their goals and to work hard. While making sure they are in check and disciplined.

Have you had any experience leading people?
Yes I did lead a middle eastern unit back in 2018-2019 I also have lead a element here in NSWC SEAL Team 3 for one op.

Do you accept all duties and responsibilities to be a Chief?:
Of course. I do accept any and all responsibilities to be a CPO
