(50 Words): I feel as though I would make a great Chief Petty Officer because I am confident in my own abilities and I know what should be done without question. Im never afraid to take charge if my squad lead couldn't/ didn't know how to take charge or if he was KIA so if I got the chance to become one I would never shy away from leading my team and would pay attention to what a higher up says to complete my mission while trying to keep my team from getting hurt or killed. Why should we choose you over others?: I know how to act while under a lot of pressure and stress especially when giving orders or calling for fire. I understand that all of my men are an important part of my squad and I would treat them as a brother. I'd leave none behind and set a strong role on how to properly act while in the face of danger and while following orders from a higher up. I am a very helpful person when it comes to things I know and dont know and I will go out of my way to help anyone in need in the community and during operations so they dont feel stuck or out of place. I know how to approach certain objectives and I am a very open person when it comes to someones suggestions if Im In charge of a Squad and don't belittle their ideas. What does CPO/SCPO/MCPO Mean to you: Chief Petty Officer means im expected to set examples to my team and lead them accordingly to the expectations of CAPT. Senior Chief Petty Officer means im expected to have more experience leading a team and knowledge of what to do and how to do it in a quick succession without fail. Master Chief Petty Officer means I would be held in a higher regard as Im the higer rank and would need to work far more on my leadership skills but would already have far more expereience doing so  because of the past ranks giving me that. Have you had any experience leading people? Yes I have in a few RP Servers and other organized events in Arma.
